According to their website, FitVine has developed a process that includes fermenting their wine to dry. That unique fermentation process is how they were able to produce low-carb, vegan, and gluten-free wines that “average less than 1.0g of sugar per liter or ~0.01g – 0.09g per 5oz glass.”
