Spicy Lemon Zucchini Pasta 

Some think the best combination is sweet and salty, but I believe the best combination is tart with a spicy surprise. Check out my simple Spicy Lemon Zucchini Pasta! 


  • 1 large jar of plain tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. of basil
  • 1 tsp. of oregano
  • 1 tsp. of cayenne pepper
  • The juice of one lemon
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 2 containers of zucchini spirals
  • \

Step 1: Heat a skillet with 1 tbsp. of olive oil.

Step 2: Add the zucchini spirals in the skillet and saute them for 3-5 minutes.


Step 3: Lower the temperature to medium heat, add the tomato sauce, and mix well.

Step 4: Mix in the cayenne pepper, basil, oregano, and lemon juice. Let is cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.

Step 5: Enjoy!
