5 Creative Mimosa Recipes

“Have a little faith and if that doesn’t work, have a lot of mimosas.”

Contrary to popular belief, there are more ways to make mimosas than the classic orange juice and champagne. Check out these creative mimosa recipes to brighten your brunch!

Blushing Mimosa

  • 2 oz. of Brut or Extra Brut Champagne
  • 1 1/2 oz. of 100% orange juice
  • 1/2 oz. of 100% pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. grenadine

First, mix the champagne and orange juice before adding the pineapple juice. Then, add the grenadine. Once the grenadine sinks to the bottom of the glass, stir the mimosa until it is well mixed.

Apple Cider Mimosa

  • 2 oz. of regular champagne
  • 1 oz. of Apple Cider
  • 1 tsp. of sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon (optional)

Optional: Mix the sugar and cinnamon together on a small plate. Dip the rim of the glass in water first to and then dip the glass immediately in the cinnamon sugar mixture.

Pour the champagne first into the glass. Then, add the Apple Cider and stir until it is evenly mixed.

Prosecco Pomegranate Berry Mimosa

  • 3 oz. Prosecco of your choice
  • 1 oz. fresh pomegranate juice
  • 4 blackberries

Pour the Prosecco first and then add the pomegranate juice. Mix it well. Then, add the blackberries and enjoy!

Strawberry Mango Mimosa

  • 3 oz. of champagne
  • 1 oz. of mango juice
  • 1 oz. of strawberry juice

Pour the champagne in the glass first. Then, add the mango and strawberry juice. Stir the mimosa until it is well mixed and serve!

Tequila Sunrise Mimosa

  • 1 tsp. sugar (optional)
  • 1 oz. tequila
  • 1 oz. champagne
  • 2 oz. fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Grenadine

Optional: Dip the rim of the glass in water and then immediately dip it into the sugar to coat the rim.

Then, add the champagne and tequila into the glass. Top it off with the orange juice and grenadine.
